A destination wedding sounds like a lot. With us, it isn't.

We've done this many times, and our team is on the ground the whole way. We bring the villa, match you with a planner you trust, and handle every detail around the day, the transport, the chef dinners, the slow mornings after. You get to enjoy your own wedding.

A day is a day. A villa gives you the whole trip.

Two places. Two completely different weddings.

Everything around the wedding, handled.

Here's how simple it is with us.

  1. Choose your villa — A relaxed call, a clear picture of what fits, and a simple hold on your dates whenever you're ready. No full plan needed to begin.
  2. Meet your planner — We pair you with the wedding planner from our trusted circle who fits your style. Prefer your own? Bring them, we'll make them feel at home.
  3. We build the trip — Transport, chef dinners, yacht days, spa mornings. The days around the day, handled by our team on the ground.

Frequently asked questions

Do you plan the wedding?

Not the wedding itself, and that's deliberate. We keep a small circle of planners we trust in Tulum and Careyes and pair you with the one best suited to your style and your size. Already have someone you love? Bring them — we'll fold them into everything we run on the ground.

When is the best time to get married in Tulum or Careyes?

The dry season generally brings the most settled weather on both coasts, and the shoulder months are often quieter for guests and easier on availability. Because both destinations have their own rhythm, we'll talk you through the trade-offs for your dates. TODO — ops: confirm the recommended months per destination.

Legal or symbolic ceremony in Mexico?

Both are possible. Many couples handle the legal side at home and hold a symbolic ceremony at the villa; others complete the civil requirements in Mexico. Your planner advises on paperwork and timing. TODO — ops: confirm the current civil-ceremony requirements before publishing.

What does a villa wedding actually cost?

It depends on the villa, the dates, the size of your group and which services you add around the day. There's no standard package, so rather than guess, our concierge team gives you a clear picture — villa, trip and services — before anything is held.

How many guests can stay on-site?

Most of our villas sleep 18 to 40 guests. For larger groups we combine neighbouring villas so everyone stays within a few steps of each other. Tell us your numbers and we'll show you what fits.

How do guests get there?

We coordinate airport transfers and group transport for the whole trip, so guests aren't arranging their own rides on arrival. Tulum is served by nearby international airports; Careyes has its own access route. TODO — ops: confirm airport and transfer details per destination.

What's included, and what isn't?

The villa, the chef, the yacht days, spa, transport and curated activities are ours, run in-house by the same team. The wedding itself — planning, production and day-of coordination — belongs to your planner. That's on purpose: the most important day deserves a specialist.

How do we hold a date?

Start a conversation with our concierge team. We'll confirm what's available for your dates and explain exactly how a hold works before you commit to anything.
